This partnership marks a significant step in delivering structured, technology-driven subrogation solutions designed to modernise and streamline market interactions between insurers.
Subroforce is built to transform how carriers identify, match, negotiate, and settle recovery claims — replacing fragmented manual exchanges with structured bilateral automation. By reducing friction and increasing transparency in subrogation workflows, the platform enables carriers to improve recovery outcomes while enhancing operational efficiency.
A Market-First Approach
Through RS Insurance Ventures and their extensive industry knowledge, Gigaforce will localise Subroforce for the Australian and New Zealand markets, incorporating regional legal frameworks, regulatory considerations, and operational practices specific to the P&C sector in ANZ.
The initial focus will be on partnering with leading insurers to co-develop an Australian-standard exchange model that elevates recovery efficiency across the market.
