Kevin’s career journey led him to VERISK, where he served as Vice President of Product Innovation, overseeing strategic subrogation initiatives. Today, Kevin is the Chief Product Officer at Gigaforce, where he guides enterprise strategy, operational transformation, product focus, and customer experience design. His expertise spans insurance carriers, BPO, data, and InsurTech sectors, giving him a 360-degree view of the claims and subrogation lifecycle. 

Kevin is a recognized voice in the industry, passionate about driving cross-industry collaboration and meaningful innovation. He is a Certified Subrogation Recovery Professional (CSRP) and holds the CPCU designation. He has served on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for the National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP), where he held the role of Treasurer for three years. Kevin is also a frequent conference speaker, track leader, and mentor for emerging InsurTech startups. 

Recognized for building strong, trust-based relationships with clients, Shan  excels  at articulating strategic visions and turning them into actionable  roadmaps. His  responsibilities span executive advisory roles, revenue growth through   account mining, customer success, project execution, and full P&L ownership.

Amit holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology and is known for his ability to lead cross-functional teams, architect complex systems, and drive digital transformation initiatives with precision and insight. 

At Adobe, Cynthia led the global Retentions and Renewals teams for both Creative Cloud and Document Cloud. She was responsible for achieving and surpassing revenue-based quota goals across Adobe’s internal teams and global partners. A core focus of her role was to enhance customer retention through long-term strategic planning and operational execution. By proactively identifying customer pain points and collaborating across Marketing, Customer Success, Engineering, and Product Management, Cynthia championed improvements that ensured sustained account value. Under her leadership, the team consistently exceeded targets, reinforcing her reputation for delivering high-impact results. 

With nearly four decades of experience, Yogesh is a seasoned IT professional who has led transformative initiatives across marketing, systems integration, cybersecurity, and software delivery. He has held executive roles including CIO, CISO, and Group CIO, and has spearheaded large-scale strategic outsourcing and enterprise IT transformations. Yogesh holds a mechanical engineering degree from Delhi College of Engineering and a postgraduate degree in Management & Systems from IIT Delhi. 

Most recently, he served as Principal Consultant and Head of the Business Transformation Group at TCS (2009–2022), where he led integrated technology and operations solutions for large enterprises. He played a pivotal role in repositioning TCS from a technology partner to a strategic business advisor. 

Additionally, Yogesh helped establish full IT and security infrastructure for a Tata Group precision manufacturing venture. His earlier roles at IBM and other multinational firms reflect his deep expertise in enterprise IT, strategic engagement, and delivering business impact.
